Choice Consultants also offer a comprehensive campaign service for either volume or specialist assignments. Working to specific criteria, we manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to end. We work in close partnership with our clients to draw up a precise brief. We can also develop and design a targeted client advert which is then placed in the relevant publications or media. The result is a precise, tailored campaign designed to attract the very best applicants.

Agency

Choice Consultants offer our services to clients on an "agency" or "contingency" basis. This means we will undertake a search free of charge for a particular vacancy. It is only if a suitable candidate is selected and offered the position that an introductory fee is charged. Essentially a "no win, no fee" arrangement.

Interview facilities

Choice Consultants offer complimentary use of their interview board room to all clients. The room can accommodate up to eight people and can be booked for individual or multiple interviews. Refreshments are provided and the Consultants at Choice are on hand to assist with interviewing where needed.
