The Role

  • Hybrid role with embraced flexible, remote working options – based from home with some time spent in their Glasgow office.
  • You will be responsible for the sales of an extensive range of recruitment solutions, social media tools and services.
  • Dealing with to a range of customers across the public and private sector.
  • This is a new business role, where business attained will turn into account management for you.
  • Working to set targets and KPIs.
  • Sourcing quality leads, making informed cold and warm calls over the phone.
  • Taking inbound calls.
  • Demonstrating their solutions using video and shared screens.
  •  Focussing on needs and providing desirable, innovative and creative solutions.
  • Once on board you will be the main point of contact for the client.
  • Developing relationships and their continued online recruitment needs and.
  • You will maintain an understanding of their market and competitors.

The Candidate

  • Ideally you will have experience of selling in a b2b environment (any sector) or a background in recruitment consultancy.
  • You will be looking to join an already successful brand where opportunities exist for expansion, growth, earnings and career opportunities.
  • Positive mental attitude with a real desire to work hard, achieve and importantly be rewarded for what you do.
  • A solid understanding of the sales process, full sales cycle and solution-based selling
  • Money motivated with a structured activity rate and a desire to over achieve.
  • The ability to negotiate at all levels.
  • Commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic.
  • The tenacity to drive sales forward and a real desire to work for a leader in their industry.
  • Creative, ambitious, articulate, proactive and quick thinking.
