Business Development Manager required by Innovative Fully integrated Creative and Digital Communications Agency. They provide their clients with innovative tech solutions designed to enable their clients to communicate with the people in their world. Products include Websites, Social Media, Design, branding, paid advertising, Video and content production services, 3D animation, Drone filming, AR, VR, CGi and digital.
Our client is a Creative media and Communications agency who provide customers from SMEs to PLCs with a range of awesome and innovative audio, visual and digital media solutions. They provide their clients with a plethora of innovative tech solutions designed to enable their clients to communicate with the people in their world. Due to continued growth and expansion they currently require a Business Development Manager based out of their new state of the art Glasgow office. You will be joining a talented Media, production and design team at the top of their game.
Reporting to the Commercial Director your role will focus on presenting their suite of Creative media and Communications solutions to new potential customers throughout Scotland.
The role will involve cold calling, warm calling, establishing contact with clients and attending business networking events to represent the business.
This will be a highly creative role where you will work closely with the creative team researching opportunities then developing and creating client led solutions across a range of unique bespoke visual solutions. You will then present bespoke proposals and solutions to decision makers. Your focus will be on creating profitable commercially viable opportunities tailored to the client to ensure results and the optimum share of all budgets. Once on board you will manage and nurture these accounts, ensuring optimisation of revenue streams.
Your role will involve managing, developing, planning and delivering their strategy in line with client objectives.
Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, ensuring that the relationship is nurtured and grown. Working to targets and deadlines will have the support and back.
To apply for this role you will have a proven track record of new business and account management solution based selling from a creative media environment having worked for a Creative Agency, media agency or a media owner (Digital, Online, Radio, Outdoor, TV ect).
You will have a strong drive, work ethic and motivation to develop new business in a competitive market.
You will require a stable work history and will have strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
You will be naturally enthusiastic and creative with the ability to generate new innovative ideas that will capture your client’s imagination.
You will need to have a passion for and a genuine interest in digital and technical media solutions (Social media, Video, apps, animation, 3D animation, Drone filming, AR, VR and digital ect)
