This is a Home and Field Sales role based in Scotland

The Company

  • Their digital media product offering enhances and increases their clients sales providing marketing aimed directly at their customers.
  • Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover the territory of Scotland.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager you will be dedicated to the full sales cycle to customers throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities

  • To sell a range of digital media and marketing products to customers in the New Homes property sector.
  • Sourcing your own leads and building a database.
  • Cold call telemarketing.
  • Identifying decision makers, qualifying the lead and make a sales appointment for a tele call, face to face or remote online presentation.
  • This is a structured sale where you will identify the business needs then create and present innovative solutions tailored to the client to ensure results.
  • Once on board you will be building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, ensuring that the relationship is nurtured and grown.
  • Account manage existing clients, identifying opportunities to optimise revenue.
  • Handling Customer queries and maintaining a high standard of customer care.
  • Achieving set revenue targets.
  • Sending emails to prospective customers.
  • You will have the support and back up of strong case studies, online presentation tools and marketing support information to ensure sales success.

The Candidate

Ideally you will have a proven track record of consultative selling of digital media solutions to the Property sector

Alternatively, you will require experience of selling any digital media and marketing tool (Digital display, websites, Google, Facebook ect) to business customers.

You will require a stable work history and will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
