Glasgow - Hybrid role
| Basic Salary to £30K + Uncapped Bonus (on target £10,800) + benefits
Training – Office hours Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
Post Training – Flexible working hours available to cover Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm
The role is initially office based five days a week until employees are up to speed and achieving expected outcomes. After this the role is office based for a mandatory three days a week. It is up to the employees how many days they spend in the office. Some will do three days and others five days a week.

The Role
- You will be responsible for dealing with warm customers who require debt advice.
- Following a process and customer journey by identifying their requirements and providing them with a solution.
- You will take customers through the full advice process and customer journey.
- Empathetically understanding client requirements.
- Identifying their personal needs and requirements and providing them with a tailored solution.
- You will ensure all tasks are undertaken with a focus on providing an excellent level of customer service.
- You will be responsible for collating all paperwork and required documentation.
- Maintenance and update information on their CRM system accurately.
- Working to targets and KPIs
The Candidate
- To apply you will require a minimum of 12 months successful track record of sales from any sales environment (e.g B2B sales, Car sales, Home Improvements ect).
You will have
- A solid understanding of the sales process.
- Commercial awareness.
- Bundles of compassion, patience and empathy.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales.
- Articulate, proactive and quick thinking with the ability to establish relationships quickly.
- Ability to deal at all levels.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to take on regulatory information.
