Our client is a market leading technology based organisation operating in the residential letting sector. They currently require a Customer Success Manager based in Edinburgh to focus on client satisfaction, product engagement and identifying new and existing sales opportunities.

The Client

The Role

  • You will be primarily working with existing customer accounts (80%) while also developing some new (20%) business clients.
  • Assisting clients to resolve queries and issues and implement changes that strengthen the company’s client relationships.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and increasing revenue through up-sell of product offering
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients in person and via phone/video calls
  • Onboarding, training and maintaining contact with new clients.
  • Conducting training webinars for new product features
  • Working closely with client on their success plan to ensure they are receiving maximum value from products.
  • Analysing client behaviour and identifying actionable insights that will influence product decisions and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Focusing on client retention by identifying at risk clients and initiating mitigation strategies
  • Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with debt management
  • Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and network within the industry

The Candidate

Ideally you will have similar experience working in a customer and sales focused / Account Management client facing or tele based role with any type of software solution (SaaS) or similar technology-based product.

You will be:

  • Tech savvy, with a good understanding of software systems in general.
  • Desire to constantly look for improvement and encourage team to experiment, have some fun and ultimately find a better way of doing things.

 Basic salary to £35K + uncapped bonus (OTE £45K+) + Benefits

Normal office Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
