Our client is a market leading technology based organisation operating in the residential letting sector. They currently require a Customer Success Manager based in Edinburgh to focus on client satisfaction, product engagement and identifying new and existing sales opportunities.
The Client

- It allows their customers to efficiently manage their entire business process in one place from initial introduction, market preparation, advertising right through to the final digital contract signing.
The Role
- You will be primarily working with existing customer accounts (80%) while also developing some new (20%) business clients.
- Assisting clients to resolve queries and issues and implement changes that strengthen the company’s client relationships.
- Identifying sales opportunities and increasing revenue through up-sell of product offering
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients in person and via phone/video calls
- Onboarding, training and maintaining contact with new clients.
- Conducting training webinars for new product features
- Working closely with client on their success plan to ensure they are receiving maximum value from products.
- Analysing client behaviour and identifying actionable insights that will influence product decisions and enhance the overall client experience.
- Focusing on client retention by identifying at risk clients and initiating mitigation strategies
- Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with debt management
- Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and network within the industry
The Candidate
Ideally you will have similar experience working in a customer and sales focused / Account Management client facing or tele based role with any type of software solution (SaaS) or similar technology-based product.
You will be:

Normal office Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
