This is a Home-based telephone sales role based anywhere in  Glasgow / Edinburgh or  Central Scotland.  Developing into a field sales role in the mid to longer term.

  • Currently require a Sales Executive to qualify and distribute inbound enquiries from Property Agents, as well as proactive outbound activities to their existing customer base to introduce their new products.

The Role

  • Will involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in a number of clients, ensuring that the relationship is nurtured and grown.
  • Prospecting for new business and new revenues.
  • Selling their full portfolio, demonstrating the value in their proposition and present business reports designed to increase membership brand loyalty.
  • You will have the support and back up of strong case studies, metrics and marketing information through a powerful media based solution.

Your responsibilities will be to

  • Proactive outbound calling and dealing with incoming calls and queries.
  • Manage the qualification and distribution of inbound sales enquiries.
  • Delivering revenue growth and high conversion rates.
  • Achieve sales revenue, new product and activity targets.
  • Managing territory on a scheduled basis with all allocated customer and prospect accounts.
  • Ensure that customers are aware and have access to their portfolio of products as well as partnerships and further products.
  • Responding to incoming customer calls & queries.
  • Minimising cancellations, securing payment from outstanding debtors.
  • Ensuring quality customer engagement, with high level of business acumen and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate up to date records, high quality information in Salesforce
  • Be responsible for your product, market and competitor knowledge.
  • Drive the satisfactory resolution of customer queries and complaints to completion.
  • Effective communication and liaison with all team members.

The Candidate

To apply you will have a proven track record of phone based consultative selling any type of digital media or marketing solutions (Recruitment advertising, Online Display Advertising, Websites, SEO, Google, Facebook ect) to business customers.
