Due to expansion they are looking to grow their Glasgow office and are looking to recruit a new Sales Executive
Based out of their Glasgow office you will be responsible for the sales of an extensive range of online packages, social media tools, services and solutions to a range of customers across the public and private sector. This is a new business and account management role where you will be working to set targets and KPIs. You will be responsible for sourcing quality leads, making informed cold calls over the phone, and meeting clients face to face. Your role will involve generating new business by focussing on providing desirable, innovative and creative solutions. Once on board you will be the main point of contact for the client, developing the relationships, establishing their online recruitment needs and providing business solutions. You will maintain an understanding of their online market and competitor sites.
Applications are invited from candidates who have experience of selling online recruitment media solutions from any sector. You will be looking to join an already successful brand where opportunities exist for expansion, growth and career opportunities.
Alternatively you will require experience and a demonstrable track record of success of new business B2B telesales from any sales sector such as advertising, data leads, office furniture, office supplies, franking machines, IT equipment, IT products, training, telecoms, financial products, digital print services, mobiles or recruitment consultancy.
You will have a positive mental attitude with a real desire to work hard, achieve and importantly be rewarded for what you do.
You will have a solid understanding of the sales process, solution-based selling with a real desire to create long term relationships with your clients. You will be very money motivated with a structured activity rate and a desire to over achieve. You will be PC literate and creative with the ability to negotiate at all levels. You will be commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales. You will have the tenacity to drive sales forward coupled with a real desire to work for a brand leader industry. You will be PC literate, creative, ambitious, articulate, proactive and quick thinking.
