The Role
- This will be a hybrid role as required based from home with some time spent in their Glasgow office.
- You will be responsible for the sales of an extensive range of online packages, social media tools, services and solutions.
- Dealing with to a range of customers across the public and private sector.
- This is a new business role, where business attained will turn into account management for you.
- Working to set targets and KPIs.
- Sourcing quality leads, making informed cold calls over the phone.
- Meeting clients face to face or via video calls.
- Generating new business by focussing on providing desirable, innovative and creative solutions.
- Once on board you will be the main point of contact for the client.
- Developing the relationships, establishing their online recruitment needs and providing business solutions.
- You will maintain an understanding of their online market and competitor sites.
The Candidate
- Applications are invited from candidates who have experience of selling online recruitment media solutions or any online media solution.
- Positive mental attitude with a real desire to work hard, achieve and importantly be rewarded for what you do.
- A solid understanding of the sales process, solution-based selling.
- Real desire to create long term relationships with your clients.
- Structured activity rate and a desire to over achieve.
- PC literate and creative with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic with an ethical approach to sales.
- You will have the tenacity to drive sales forward coupled with a real desire to work for a brand leader industry.
